Scope of this notice

This notice applies to the Standard Time Labs corporate website, currently published at ivanvaliente.github.io/standard-time-labs/. The site provides company and product information. It does not provide collector accounts, accept watch-collection information, or operate the collector-facing platform.

Before collector accounts, acquisition criteria, collection information, or product-usage data are handled, a separate and more comprehensive collector-product privacy notice will apply.

Information you choose to send

The contact form on this site prepares an email in your configured mail application. The form does not submit the entered information to a Standard Time Labs website database. Nothing is sent to Standard Time Labs until you choose to send the email from your mail application.

If you email Standard Time Labs, we receive the contact information and message content you provide. We may retain that information as reasonably necessary to respond, continue the conversation, maintain a business relationship, keep appropriate business records, and meet legal obligations.

Please do not send sensitive watch-collection, financial, credential, or identity information through general email unless it is necessary and an appropriate secure method has been agreed.

Website infrastructure data

Normal hosting, network, and security infrastructure may process technical request data such as IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps, referring page, and security events. This information may be used to deliver the site, maintain reliability, investigate abuse, and protect the service.

Hosting providers may process this technical data under their own terms and privacy practices.

Tracking and advertising

As of the date above, this site does not deploy advertising pixels, third-party analytics tags, behavioral profiling, or marketing cookies. Because the current site does not use those technologies, it does not display a cookie-consent banner.

If the site's technology or information practices materially change, this notice and any required consent controls should be updated before or when that change takes effect.

Sharing and disclosure

Information may be processed by service providers that support email, hosting, security, or business operations, subject to their applicable terms. Standard Time Labs may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights and security, or address fraud or abuse.

We do not describe email contacts as a source of collector profiles, and we do not state that we sell website visitor information.

Retention and requests

Information is retained for the period reasonably needed for the purposes described above, including legitimate business-record and legal needs. Retention may vary with the nature of the relationship and applicable obligations.
